Last week, Acting Director Shriver provided opening remarks for a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the installation of energy saving solar panels on the roof of the Theodore Roosevelt Building (TRB), marking the completion of OPM’s Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) project.

OPM has worked with ESPC for over the last 10 years to implement energy conservation measures at both the TRB and the Federal Executive Institute. Thanks to collaboration with the Energy Savings Performance Contract, OPM has been able to meet The White House Federal Sustainability Plan goals and significantly decrease its environmental impact.
